The role is part of the Project Manager Consultation and Permit team. Your mission is to develop and run projects from signed land lease agreements to legal power-won permits. You have a great deal of personal responsibility to run your projects independently. You work closely with our landowners and have contact with the authority and network owners to ensure that the trial is carried out with high legal compliance and in an efficient manner.
Within the area of expertise, the questions can deal with everything from beach protection, water activities, building permits and EIA and environmental assessments to decisions on investments and investigations as well as questions relating to real estate legal issues related to rights of use and easements.
You will have a close collaboration with the other project managers in the team, but also a close collaboration with the project developers, who develop the projects and hand them over to the Project Managers when land lease agreements are in place. To the extent that the projects require cutting-edge expertise, there is our team for Technical Support, which has an overall function within the group to assist with expertise in production calculations, drawings, power grids, as well as questions concerning eco- and agrivoltaics.
As part of the Utility business area, you have good opportunities to influence your work and be part of the group’s development journey. As the business area expands, we see that in the long term there may also be opportunities to be more involved in the construction phase of the projects, if the skills and interest are there.
